Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Global Product Education (GPE) was named a Silver LearningElite organization for 2014 by Chief Learning Officer magazine. Singled out for creating and implementing exemplary workforce-development practices that deliver measurable business value, GPE ranked 39th of more than 200 companies participating in the prestigious benchmarking program.
The only peer-reviewed ranking and benchmarking program developed in collaboration with chief learning officers and senior workforce-development practitioners, LearningElite has become the industry’s most valuable benchmarking tool. The program utilizes rigorous evaluation methodologies to objectively assess both the scope and value of participants’ learning-and-development practices and rank the organizations based on the execution and impact of these initiatives.
“The 58 organizations that achieved LearningElite status stood out as true innovators in enterprise education,” said Norm Kamikow, Human Capital Media president and editor-in-chief. “Chief Learning Officer is proud to acknowledge the impact and impressive accomplishments of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Global Product Education and the other LearningElite organizations.”
The 2014 LearningElite honorees were honored at a March 30 award ceremony. “At the heart of the GPE organization is the relentless drive to deliver innovative solutions that result in both business value for the enterprise and excellence in customer education,” said Bill Magagna, Director, Education Solutions and Head of GPE. “To see the hard work and commitment of Global Product Education recognized as an elite learning organization is both gratifying and inspiring for myself and every member of GPE. I could not be more proud of the team and excited for the future”.
